Fishing Seasons

Legacy Lodge offers more than a simple fishing excursion. We provide a memorable, world-class experience. You will have the opportunity to capture the beauty and essence of the protected, glassy waters of Rivers Inlet and come face- to-face with the hard-fighting, aggressive salmon that wait to challenge your skill and hook.

Legacy Lodge provides three distinct seasons of fishing. Traditional salmon fishing for Chinook and Coho salmon is available from mid-July through September on the calm and secluded waters throughout Rivers Inlet. Halibut, Yellow Eye and Lingcod are also plentiful in these waters all summer. Heli-fishing for huge northern Coho salmon (20-plus lbs.) is available within the pristine rivers of the B.C. coastline during September and October. And, you can heli-fish for wild Steelhead during April and May.
